Blake McBride, P.T.

Blake is a 1993 graduate of the University of Central Arkansas-School of Physical Therapy. Blake is a native of Central Arkansas, and moved to Mountain Home in 1993. He has been engaged in clinical practice since that time. Blake has well over 20 years of experience in the evaluation, management, and treatment of a wide variety of post-surgical and non-surgical orthopedic issues, neurological disorders, sports medicine, and non-pharmaceutical pain management of Fibromyalgia.

Rick Byrd, M.Ed, CETT, CSDA Emeritus, Certified Senior Disability Analyst

Rick is a life long resident of Mountain Home. Rick has been a Certified Disability Examiner for over 25 years, and provides Functional Capacity Evaluations and Impairment Ratings. He is President of Functional Testing Centers, Inc. We are happy to have Rick to provide these evaluation procedures for our clients in need.

Dr. Stephen Hearn, DPT, CNP

Dr. Hearn holds dual licensure in Physical Therapy and Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Dr. Hearn has over 25 years of clinical expertise in providing and interpreting Nerve Conduction Studies and Electromyography Studies. Dr. Hearn currently sees patient in our clinic every Wednesday for these diagnostic services. 

Olga Seamans, PTA

Olga holds a Physical Therapy Assistant licence. She has been in the physical therapy field for over 15 years. She is well versed in the treatment of orthopedic and neurological dysfunctions. Olga is trained in Kinesiology Taping, which is used  to foster proper movement and promote recovery.
