How long is the initial evaluation and do you receive a treatment the first time?
Plan for 1 - 1.5 hrs for your evaluation.

What should I wear to physical therapy?
Wear loose-fitting clothing.

What types of therapy are available?
McBride Rehabilitation Group provides treatments using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities. Modalities used include ultrasound, neuromuscular stimulation, interferential current, iontophoresis, phonophoresis, sympathetic therapy system, traction, heat and ice. We work with patients who have orthopaedic conditions, back and neck pain or suffered a stroke, have been injured, are recovering from surgery, have functional limitations.

How long does a normal therapy session last?
A session is usually 45 minutes to one hour.

How often do I need to attend physical therapy and does it have to be on a regular schedule?
Your schedule of treatment will be determined by your physical therapist.

What do I need to do to schedule an evaluation?
Please call our office at (870) 425-5881 to make an appointment for an evaluation. We are located across from the Mountain Home Post Office at 978 Coley Drive, Mountain Home, Arkansas.

Isn’t physical therapy mainly for senior citizens?
Physical therapy is for people of all ages.

Are your therapists licensed?
Yes. Physical therapists are licensed in the state in which they practice.

Do you provide therapy for injuries related to sports?
Yes, indeed. McBride Rehabilitation Group works to help patients recover from injuries resulting from sporting activities and other causes.

Do you provide treatment for chronic conditions and/or pain?
Yes. McBride Rehabilitation Group strives to help our patients achieve correction of a painful condition or a lessening of the severity of the condition.

Do you provide therapy to minor children?
We do provide treatment to children for various orthopedic conditions.
